Southern Insurance recently partnered with Gregory Grier to help with the renovation and re-design of their Graham office location. Branch Manager Bonnie Honeycutt provided helpful insight about the changes she has witnessed during this transitional period.

“Most of our clientele have been with us for 25-30 years, but we’re always looking to bring in new customers. Since our renovation has taken place, general word-of-mouth publicity has brought in so many new customers who simply want to look at our new space,” she said. “We have more compliments on our red chairs than anything else!”

Bonnie noted that the Gregory Grier professional and aesthetic cubicles added much-needed privacy to their small space. “As an insurance company, it is necessary to ask customers for their social security number and other important information. With our old office setup, we didn’t have the privacy that we needed for our customers. Now, it’s like our employees have their own little office.”
